Beatriz Gaminde's plastic work is characterized by a conceptual proposal of quality; immersed in philosophical approaches about the human being, especially women and their role in today's world. Prey to a past, creator of life, bearer of tradition; today she faces long-awaited dreams, conscious, in turn, of the losses that this implies.
Gaminde's artistic career is widely recognized, a specialist in watercolor, although she also handles oil, acrylic, lithography and engraving. It has more than 200 exhibitions in Mexico and abroad. She was selected to represent Mexico at the International Watercolor Biennial in Shenzen, China; in the Watercolor Triennial of the Bolivarian Museum of Contemporary Art, in Colombia and in the Saint Petersburg Watercolor Biennial. Her pieces have been part of exhibitions in different countries such as Brazil, Spain, Italy, Serbia, the United States, Panama, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Canada.
In 2014, she was invited by the Art & Heritage Association, UNESCO to work during an Artistic Stay in Romania, on some emblematic themes of her culture. The works carried out today are part of the Government and Museum collections of the Moldovan Region, Romania.
