1 How do you choose the art that is sold at Casa Gama?

The selection of artists is made carefully taking into account both aesthetics and the technical ability of the artists. In most cases there is a personal relationship between the artist and one of the members of the Casa Gama board. Especially in the case of artists who have already passed away, most of the work was obtained directly from the artist, before he/she passed away.

2 Do you provide certificates of authenticity?

We try to provide certificates of authenticity but sometimes it is not possible since the artist is not alive.

3 Can I see the painting before buying it?

We can organize a face-to-face visit in Mexico City or we can send additional photos or even organize a video call so that you can have a better appreciation of the work. We want to facilitate clear decision making for our collectors.

4 What if I don’t like the artwork?

If for any reason the artwork is not to the collector’s liking, you have 14 days to return it. The work must be in the same conditions that it was delivered so that the refund can be made. The correct packaging and shipping of the work is the responsibility of the client.

5 Can you advise me to choose the correct work for my space?

It is a pleasure for us to be able to advise our clients so that they can choose the ideal work of art for their space. The advice is done at no additional cost.

6 How do you send me the art piece?

The work is sent by courier. If the artwork is very large, it may have to be sent rolled up. In any case, we would contact the client to explain any aspect that we consider relevant.

7  What do I need to know regarding the shipment of the art piece?

The art piece can in principle be sent anywhere in the country. The shipping price within Mexico is included in the price of the artwork. If for any reason there are any special shipping requirements, the customer may incur an additional cost. In any case, we will contact you to let you know the best way to send you the work and if there is any additional cost.

For shipments outside of Mexico we will contact you to define the best way to get the work to its final destination.

8 What if the artwork I wanted is no longer available?

In the event that the work is no longer available we would see the possibility of getting something similar to propose to you. If the artist is alive we could even see the possibility of making a special request directly to the artist.

9 Can you frame my artwork?

We can frame the work and we can even advise you to decide how you want to frame it. We will contact you to study options, as well as prices.

10 Can you send me more images of the work that interests me?

It is possible to send you more images, and even organize a video conference so that you can better appreciate the artwork.

11 How do I buy a piece in Casa Gama?

The purchase can be made by bank transfer or online in any of the payment methods that we offer on the page. For any additional questions do not hesitate to contact us directly.

12 Can I cancel my order?

The order can be canceled as long as the work has not been sent. If there is a surcharge for any expenses that have been incurred (framing, billing, etc.) this must be covered and the refund will be deducted.

13 How much does it cost to send the work?

The shipping price within Mexico is included in the price of the artwork. If for any reason there are any special shipping requirements, the customer may incur an additional cost. In any case, we will contact you to let you know the best way to send you the artwork and if there is any additional cost.

14 Can I make a gift with Casa Gama?
